Black Seed Oil Specialists - Prevention is Better than Cure | ||||
| What makes Black
Seed oil so special and versatile is its reharmonization and regulation
of the
immune system and its cleansing and eliminatory effect on the digestive
system (particularly the detoxification of the intestines). Regulation
of the immune system and the detoxification of the intestines are foremost
in good health since it is these that are the starting point for many
health disorders and the more serious problems that can consequently
develop. Harmonisation of the immune system means that that a weakened defensive system is strengthened and can protect itself from a great variety of germs; at the same time an over reactive immune system to undesired substances is regulated leading to relief for sufferers of allergies. For prevention, Black Seed Oil should be taken to strengthen the body’s defence against infection and diseases of the respiratory tract before the cold season and for regulation against allergic reactions before the pollen season. Such a preventive treatment with black seed oil should last 6 weeks – 3 months. For the 1st 6 weeks _ - 1 teaspoon of oil should be taken 3 times a day. After 6 weeks the dose can be reduced by half. Detoxification of the intestine is a particular important issue for Blackseed oil. A blocked intestinal tract can lead to many other illnesses, as Paracelsus said, "Death is found in the intestines." Toxins can build up from harmful intestinal bacteria and yeast fungi, which cannot be initially eliminated from the intestines because of a tendency towards constipation that occurs at the same time. This build up of toxins can lead to many symptoms of disease and functional damage of the organs. Initially the symptoms can be the alternation between diarrhoea and constipation, local inflammation of the bowels and flatulence, as well as symptoms such as constant fatigue, inexplicable tiredness and migraine; later symptoms can mount to (especially in elderly people) vascular deposits, chronic rheumatism and arthritis, skin diseases and allergies. In these cases, Black Seed oil can be used as a supporting therapy due to its anti bacterial quality and because of its content of volatile oil which as it is digested through the intestinal tract cleans the tract due to the component nigellin which has powerful cleaning qualities. Taking Blackseed oil, as a prevention, is the simplest procedure to make sure the body doesn’t fall prey to such problems. In the first few weeks one should take 1 teaspoon of black seed oil 3 times a day during meals. After about 6 weeks the dose can be reduced to 1 teaspoon a day with the main meal. |
